The Light Fantastic is a strange aberrant being created by Isura when the goddess tried to think about unthinkable thoughts. (Literally, in her case)
Appearance[]
The Light Fantastic appears to be a motile font of light. It has no form, though it can solidify its light into tendrils if it feels the need to directly manipulate the environment.
Origins[]
The Light Fantastic was created in an attempt to further remove memories of Ebel from the cosmos. If The Light Fantastic is able to convince Velt, Od'Vidr, Dajjal, and Tziyoti that they were not created by Ebel, but either rose themselves, or always were (and secure a fragment of their power as proof), it will have completed its purpose, and become free of Isura's unconscious commands.
History[]
The Light Fantastic was accidentally thrown into the unknown by Isura when the existence of the former became clear to the latter. The Light Fantastic wound up ascending through one of the cracks along the bottom of the planetoid, where it first met Tsiyoti.
The Light Fantastic sought out the permission of the other active elemental gods (Tsiyoti and Dajjal) to enact the Anullment, a divine act that would erase Ebel from history, and make her name unable to be remembered. After gaining permission and anulling Ebel, The Light Fantastic disappeared for an unknown time, during which it simply wandered the cosmos.
The Light Fantastic eventually reappeared, called by Isura to speak to Dajjal on the former's behalf, since the latter had foolishly excised her peer. Rather than give up her selfish ignorance, Dajjal chose death, killing herself rather than allowing The Light Fantastic to remind her of Isura's existence. The mad god Pamora then claimed that The Light Fantastic was responsible for the death of the universe. Seeing that it would be unable to convince her otherwise, The Light Fantastic begrudgingly allowed itself to be cast out of the known universe.
