Appearance[]
A hybrid of humanoid and serpent, Taira's upper body is that of a man, pale white and lean to the point that, if he were mortal, one would assume he was malnourished. A tangle of hair - shadow-made-solid - runs down his back and obscures much of his face. What can typically be seen through his hair are twin crimson eyes and a jagged gash of a mouth, filled with rust-colored teeth. Below his torso, however, Taira's body becomes that of a snake's, jet black scales glistening in the presence of light, but almost invisible in shadow.

Brought about as a consequence of Kevlon trying to put the world back into order
History[]
After taking a form, Taira was first approached by Kevlon, whose actions accidentally brought the god of madness into existence. Shortly after meeting Aurum and Valdus, and subsequently being inspired by the acts of creation his fellow gods were performing, Taira opted to create his own personal plane - Taishazradax, the Cradle of Frenzies, where color and noise collided in a maddening maelstrom. Later, drawn to the Forum by Kevlon's summons, Taira turned his attentions to the Calcified Jungle, where he created the basilisks in his image.
