Frost Worms are ruthless predatory beasts that burrow through ice and snow.

DescriptionEdit

This long, blue-white creature has huge mandibles and a strange nodule atop it's head from which it generates a trilling sound.

Frost Worm LoreEdit

A character knows the following information with a successful Nature check:

DC 20: Frost Worms spend most of their life burrowing through ice and snow, even frozen earth. It cannot burrow through stone. It surfaces only to attack it's prey.

White out (standard, Sustain minor; recharge 4, 5, 6) ✦ Zone

Close burst 2; This power creates a zone of frost and snow that remains in place until the end of the worms next turn. The zone blocks line of sight for all creatures but the worm. Any creature entirely within the zone(except the worm) is blinded.

Frost Worm TacticsEdit

Frost Worms lurk under the snow, waiting for prey to come near. They begin an attack with a trill and then set upon their helpless prey with their bite. They use Rim Pulse as often as possible.
