The Civilization domain does not grant one unlimited control over civilizations; they do not wither and flourish merely at will. However, it does give its owner fine control and the power to nudge groups to organize and develop into nations. While many factors can influence the rise or fall of a nation, the owner of this domain is the one who ultimately determines the lifespan of each. Kings, emperors, tyrants, even town governors often claim to rule their people by Gadabout’s blessing.
In the world there are two mortals in particular who Gadabout has taken special notice of and appointed to rule; King Alaric of the Aasimari, and Setimses of the Tieflings.
